Hi Christopher

Interesting one. Fro what you have posted I do not think it is having trouble identifying the attachment, as the name is quite clear and well as it being a base64 encoded one at that....

I would instinctively say that it's Exchange / Notes related.... but, since we proactive here ....are you using SMTP natively in the environment or converting it as it comes in?

Also is there anything interesting in the headers - is there an intermeiate between the two servers, i.e a firewall????
